Updating the project budget in the ERP-S10 system. **Job Description** A construction company seeks to hire a Technical Office Assistant. **Requirements** * Graduate in Civil Engineering or Architecture. * Proficiency in AutoCAD. * Proficiency in ERP S10 – Budget Module (Mandatory). * Minimum 1 year of experience in building construction execution. * Intermediate-level proficiency in MS Project. * Intermediate-to-Advanced proficiency in Excel. **Responsibilities:** * Assist in controlling and verifying subcontractor valuations for the project, based on records in the ERP-S10 system. * Assist in preparing project settlements. * Assist in preparing the project’s quality dossier. * Assist in preparing layout drawings for the project. * Prepare settlements for project subcontracts. * Assist in updating the project budget in the ERP-S10 system. * Assist in analyzing general expenses related to project extensions. * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Competencies:** * Commitment * Analytical Ability * Teamwork * Proactivity * Confidentiality Working Hours: Monday to Saturday Contract Duration: 1 year (Renewable) Position Type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,500.00 – S/.3,000.00 per month Application Question(s): * In which districts of Lima do you reside? * Are you immediately available to work in Huaura? * Are you a graduate and registered with your professional association? * Do you use S10 as an ERP?
