Position Summary: University-educated professional with experience in industrial, mass-consumption, or retail companies to ensure inventory accuracy, lead audits, and optimize warehouse logistics. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure inventory accuracy and achievement of control targets. 2. Lead physical audits and cyclic stock counts. 3. Optimize dashboards for managerial decision-making. **Transnational Industrial Company.** **REQUIREMENTS:** * University graduate in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles within industrial, mass-consumption, or retail companies. * Advanced Excel proficiency. * Experience with SAP R3 (WMS) or SAP S/4 HANA (EWM) **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Ensure inventory accuracy by timely recording of movements in the system, thereby achieving inventory control targets. * Lead the planning and execution of physical audits and cyclic stock counts to ensure inventory accuracy. * Monitor and report deviations from critical stock levels, mitigating risks of stockouts or overstock to safeguard inventory integrity. * Optimize control dashboards to transform data into actionable insights, facilitating managerial decision-making. * Diagnose warehouse operational performance to design and implement optimization plans that enhance logistical efficiency.
