Job Summary: Efficiently manage the receipt, storage, control, and dispatch of materials, ensuring warehouse organization and timely supply. Key Highlights: 1. Manages the complete material flow, from receipt to dispatch. 2. Ensures warehouse organization, inventory rotation, and timely replenishment. 3. Conducts inventories and maintains up-to-date stock levels to prevent losses. Job Objective To efficiently manage the receipt, storage, control, and dispatch of materials, tools, supplies, and products, ensuring warehouse organization, proper inventory rotation, and timely supply to various Rossetti departments. Main Responsibilities * Receive materials, equipment, and supplies, verifying quantities and physical condition against delivery notes and purchase orders. * Record material inflows and outflows in the system or established forms. * Store products following organizational standards, identification requirements, and safety regulations. * Prepare and deliver materials requested by production, maintenance, and other departments. * Conduct cyclical and general inventories, reporting discrepancies or incidents. * Maintain updated stock control and alert on minimum inventory levels. * Verify that materials are stored under appropriate conditions to prevent loss or deterioration. * Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and properly labeled. * Assist with loading, unloading, and transportation of materials when necessary. * Safeguard tools, equipment, and supplies assigned to the warehouse. * Comply with Occupational Health and Safety regulations and the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor related to the position.
