Requirements: Proficiency in distilled spirits, classic and avant-garde mixology. Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurants and bars. Handling of premium ingredients and distilled spirits. Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of daily and monthly inventory control.
