At LA CATFETERIA, we are seeking a responsible, organized individual with a passion for cooking for our grand opening. RESPONSIBILITIES ° Prepare sandwiches, breakfast items, and other menu items following standardized recipes. ° Prepare and organize ingredients and supplies before the start of each shift. ° Maintain a fully stocked and orderly workstation. ° Ensure proper food storage, rotation, and preservation (FIFO). ° Maintain cleanliness and disinfection of the kitchen, equipment, and utensils. ° Comply with food hygiene and handling regulations. ° Assist in basic inventory control and promptly report supply replenishment needs. ° Collaborate with the team to provide fast service and an excellent customer experience. What We Are Looking For: ° Prior experience in kitchens, cafeterias, or similar restaurants. ° Willingness to work collaboratively and follow established procedures. ° Proactive and dynamic attitude. ° Responsibility, punctuality, and commitment.
