Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced cook to prepare production items and à la carte dishes, ensuring efficiency and good practices. Key Highlights: 1. Terrazas al Mar is looking for a cook with proven experience. REQUIREMENTS: * Knowledge of Creole, seafood, and meat dishes. * Minimum 1 year of experience as a cook (verified). * Knowledge of sauce preparation, cold dishes, and hot dishes. * Availability to work Sunday through Thursday (2:00 PM to 11:00 PM) / Friday and Saturday (5:00 PM to 2:00 AM). * Age: 25 years or older. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Preparation of production items and à la carte dishes. * Organization and cleanliness in the assigned work area. * Mise en place. * Ensuring efficiency in kitchen processes while adhering to good food handling practices. Benefits: * Biweekly payments. * Salary (S/.2,000.00) + food allowance (S/.600.00). * Enrollment in the MYPE payroll system. Employment Type: Full-time. Salary: Up to S/.2,600.00 per month. Work Location: On-site employment.
