Job Summary: We are seeking an Operations Assistant with experience in personnel management and supervision, to oversee construction projects, prepare reports, and ensure adherence to schedules. Preparation of reports and operational planning We are looking for recent graduates or bachelor's degree holders with studies in industrial engineering or industrial administration, for the position of Operations Assistant with experience in personnel management and team leadership. **Description:** \- Complete time sheets; track tools and materials for the logistics and warehouse departments. \- Monitor construction projects; request reports from technical staff on completed works; maintain control and scheduling for each project. \- Submit weekly construction progress reports and status updates. \- Supervise and monitor attendance; coordinate staff replacements. \- Prepare project dossiers and reports. \- Maintain records of signed minutes and service completion certificates upon project completion. \- Track maintenance and installation schedules. \- Verify construction execution schedules; monitor construction progress calendars; notify in case of schedule extensions. \- Complete forms such as ATS, PETAR, IPERC, etc. \- Coordinate procurement, product delivery, and construction site monitoring. \- Communicate weekly, biweekly, monthly, and annual operational plans. \- Perform any other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Competencies:** \- Action-oriented with a focus on results \- Highly proactive \- Planning and prioritization skills \- Punctual and organized \- Analytical ability \- Organizational and planning skills **Knowledge:** \- AutoCAD (2D and ventilation – basic) \- SolidWorks (basic) \- Quantity surveying \- Minimum education: University graduate \- OFFICE (Excel – intermediate or advanced) Employment type: Full-time Salary: Starting at S/.1\.00 per year Work location: On-site employment
