Opportunity for professional growth and development. **B2B New Business Consultant (Commercial Hunter)** Are you passionate about consultative sales and opening new business opportunities? We are looking for a results-oriented professional with a Hunter profile and experience in corporate client prospecting. **Main Responsibilities** * Prospect and acquire new B2B clients. * Schedule meetings with decision-makers. * Identify business opportunities and develop commercial proposals. * Manage the entire sales process through to deal closure. * Maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline in the CRM. * Collaborate closely with Operations and Commercial Management teams. **Requirements** * Technical or university degree in Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate B2B sales or opening new accounts. * Experience in cold prospecting, negotiation, and consultative selling. * Proficiency in digital prospecting tools (LinkedIn, corporate email, etc.). * Availability for fieldwork and client meetings. **Competencies** * Excellent communication and negotiation skills. * Results orientation. * Proactivity and autonomy. * Resilience and perseverance. * Commercial organization and planning skills. **We Offer** * Salary between S/ 2,500 and S/ 2,800 (based on experience). * Uncapped performance-based commissions. * Corporate laptop and mobile phone. * Transportation allowance for commercial visits. * Opportunity for professional growth and development. **Join our team and become part of the commercial growth of a leading company providing outsourcing solutions for the corporate market.** Salary: S/.2,500\.00 \- S/.3,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
