We are looking for a professional to lead software development teams and solutions technically, participating in architecture definition, solution design and implementation, service integration, and technological modernization, ensuring quality and compliance with the technical standards defined for projects. **Responsibilities and Authorities** * Lead technical activities related to application development and evolution. * Analyze requirements and participate in defining technical solutions. * Guide and provide technical support to the development team. * Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices. * Identify technical risks, dependencies, and impacts. * Participate in integration between applications and services. * Coordinate technically with development, architecture, and infrastructure teams. * Participate in resolving incidents and technical issues. * Provide technical follow-up on team activities and deliverables. * Document key project technical definitions and decisions. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory** * Minimum **3\+ years of software development experience**. * Prior experience as a **Senior Fullstack Developer**. * Experience and/or knowledge of **Angular and/or .NET**. * Experience and/or knowledge of Java * Knowledge of **REST APIs and service integration**. * Experience using **Git**. * Analytical ability, problem-solving skills, and technical leadership capability. **Desirable** * Experience in **technology migration and modernization projects**. * Experience in **application vulnerability remediation**. * Knowledge of **Microfrontends**. * Knowledge of **Cloud (AWS/Azure)**. * Experience with **microservices architecture**. * Knowledge of **CI/CD and DevOps practices**. * Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and coordinating with functional areas.
