Acts as the liaison between management and the team, making agile decisions and continuously training the team. Responsibilities: * Plan and manage team shifts, vacations, and coverage. * Supervise store opening and closing according to established protocols. * Control operational costs: supplies, shrinkage, cash handling, and shift performance. * Ensure compliance with quality standards in the bar, dining area, and back-of-house. * Manage supplier relationships: ordering, receiving, and issue resolution. * Continuously train and provide feedback to the team. * Resolve operational and service incidents promptly and effectively. * Report key performance indicators (sales, inventory, satisfaction) to management. * Maintain optimal store conditions: hygiene, presentation, and equipment. Requirements: * **Minimum 2 years of experience leading teams in cafés, restaurants, or retail.** * Solid knowledge of café operations and food service. * Proficiency with management tools: Excel, POS systems, and inventory control. * Ability to train teams, motivate staff, and resolve conflicts. * Results-oriented mindset and basic analytical thinking (margins, costs). * Service-oriented leadership — lead by example.
