RESPONSIBILITIES: * Develop project plans including activity sequences, timelines, resources, and deliverables. * Establish detailed process and project schedules. * Assign resources, including labor, equipment, and materials, to activities for review by operations management. * Send timely and proactive alerts regarding project timelines and scope to the operations manager. * Collect and analyze work orders and customer requests to determine sequence and clarify production priorities for management. * Prepare target budgets for projects. * Submit reports as requested by immediate supervisor.
