Job Summary: We are seeking a Trade Marketing Supervisor to lead operational teams, analyze information, and execute field activities, with a focus on the modern trade channel and fast-moving consumer beverages. Generation of reports for strategic decision-making. **TRADE MARKETING SUPERVISOR – LIMA** ***::: MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN MODERN TRADE AND FAST-MOVING CONSUMER BEVERAGES :::*** **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** **1\. B2B Information Systems Monitoring** * Daily review of sales by store and by beverage * Stock review (stockouts and overstocks) * Identification of alerts and implementation of corrective actions * Information analysis and report preparation **2\. Merchandiser Team Supervision** * Supervision of teams in supermarkets (CENCOSUD, SUPESA, TOTTUS) / Tambo team * Route planning and monitoring * Validation of information submitted via WhatsApp (photos, reports, incidents) * Stockout and overstock alerts * Incentive, bonus, and contest management * Follow-up meetings * Store visits in response to incidents **3\. Management of Stores Without Coverage** * Visits to stores without merchandisers (Oxxo, Primax/Pecsa, Repsol, Flora & Fauna, Mi Farma, Inkafarma) * Data collection (stock levels, execution status, opportunities) * Implementation of corrective actions **SUCCESS INDICATORS** * Stockout rate * Sales target achievement * Point-of-sale execution * Report quality and timeliness * Route compliance and team management **PROFILE** * +2 years’ experience in fast-moving consumer goods / trade marketing / field operations * Experience leading operational teams * Strong orientation toward field execution * Analytical ability, organization, and information tracking skills * Basic Excel or reporting tool proficiency **COMPENSATION** * Fixed salary: S/ 2,000 * Mobility allowance: S/ 500 * Variable pay: up to S/ 500 * Initial engagement: 3-month service contract (probationary period) * Subsequently: full payroll integration based on performance **ROLE FOCUS** Hybrid role: field execution + information analysis + report generation for decision-making. Salary: S/.2,000.00 – S/.3,000.00 per month Work location: Hybrid in Miraflores, Lima
