Job Summary: We are seeking customer service staff for tableware preparation, colleague support, and customer loyalty, ensuring a pleasant experience. Key Points: 1. Customer attention and loyalty to ensure a pleasant experience 2. Support in service and customer service tasks 3. Development of skills in public interaction and cash handling * Provide the best possible service to customers * Prepare cutlery, plates, trays, glasses, and other necessary tableware * Support and assist colleagues in delivering dishes and clearing tables * Identify frequent customers and learn about their preferences and characteristics * Deliver quality and friendly service to customers * Perform cashier duties * Carry out cleaning duties as assigned per area * Foster customer loyalty by ensuring a pleasant experience * Perform other assigned customer service tasks * Conduct inventory of supplies used * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor REQUIREMENTS: * Experience as a hostess or in similar positions in restaurants, cafés, or similar businesses (6 months preferred) * Availability to work in Comas, Av. Universitaria with Av. Belaunde * Availability to work Monday to Friday from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM (no lunch break) and Saturday from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM (with 1-hour break); Sunday off \- part-time * Availability to work Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (with 1-hour daily break); Sunday off \- full-time Job Types: Full\-time, Part\-time Pay: S/.1,000\.00 \- S/.1,200\.00 per month Work Location: In person
