A construction-sector company is looking for a **Geology, Soils, and Pavement Specialist** to execute and/or supervise road construction projects, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, and project objectives. **Requirements:** A professionally certified engineer in Geology Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related fields, duly registered and licensed. Minimum of **02 years** of experience working as a specialist engineer, resident engineer, responsible engineer, team leader, or supervisor in geotechnical engineering, geology, soils and pavements, soil and pavement mechanics, and/or quality control of soils and pavements. **Responsibilities:** Execution and supervision of soils, pavement, and geotechnical works; quality control of materials (soils, pavements, asphalt, and concrete); review of drawings and technical specifications; preparation of technical reports; and continuous coordination with the site team and supervision staff. **Experience in similar projects:** Design, construction, reconstruction, improvement, rehabilitation, and/or expansion of highways, rural roads, departmental roads, and/or national roads. **We offer:** Market-competitive remuneration, job stability based on performance, participation in road infrastructure projects, and a positive work environment.
