Management of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance At **PALTARUMI**, we are currently seeking a qualified professional to fill the position of Electrical Maintenance Manager at our Gold Mineral Processing Plant located in Paramonga \- Barranca. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in **Electrical Engineering or related field** (professional registration and licensure preferred). * **10 years of experience** in industrial and/or mining electrical maintenance, including at least **5 years leading mining operations teams**. * Solid knowledge of **medium- and low-voltage electrical systems** and critical equipment (motors, substations, VFDs, switchboards). * Experience in **concentrator plants**, and processes such as grinding, leaching, flotation, and pumping, with a strong focus on leadership, safety, and results. * Knowledge and application of KPIs. * Willingness to work under a **14x7 schedule** in Paramonga \- Barranca. **Responsibilities:** * Plan and supervise electrical maintenance (preventive, predictive, and corrective). * Ensure the availability and reliability of critical plant equipment. * Lead response to electrical failures and root cause analysis. * Manage KPIs, budget, critical spare parts, and area contractors. * Guarantee compliance with electrical safety standards and regulations (including LOTO). **Benefits:** * 100% coverage of accommodation and meals. * Bonus payments, CTS (Compensación por Tiempo de Servicios), and profit sharing. * Birthday leave day.
