With the power of many curious minds, together we can solve the world’s most complex challenges and achieve greater impact. **Job Description:** Supervise and ensure proper execution of electromechanical works related to the installation and dismantling of structures, industrial plants, water treatment facilities, and pumping systems. **Job Responsibilities:** * Supervise electromechanical construction works and compliance with technical specifications. * Verify the quality of installation and operation of pumping systems and water treatment plants. * Support supervising engineers in verifying field procedures. * Ensure compliance with safety requirements for assigned activities. * Audit and verify certification and validity of calibrations for contractor measurement and testing equipment. * Record and report progress and non-conformities. * Perform other duties as assigned by management. **Qualifications and Experience:** * Graduated professionals in Electromechanical Engineering (licensed and authorized). * Minimum verifiable experience of 8 years in CQA for industrial installation and pumping systems. * Experience in mining. * Valid driver’s license class A-1. * Advanced experience in applying CQA standards and regulations in mining; mining projects and water treatment plants; handling technical records and reports on site. * Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015; quality testing for structural installation, water treatment plants, and mining projects; Postgraduate Program in Quality Management. * Ability to identify and alert technical and quality deviations. * Teamwork skills, flexibility, adaptability, responsibility, and commitment. * Willingness to work on-site in Cajamarca under rotating shifts and atypical 14x7 regime.
