Manage resources and ensure operational continuity At Manpower Peru, we seek the best talent to fill the **Plant Manager** position in the Mining sector — your opportunity for a better future is here! **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor's degree and professional license in Metallurgical Engineering. * Minimum 7 years of experience in concentrator plants. * Experience leading mineral processing operations (Ag, Zn, Cu, Pb, Au). * Knowledge of plant management, maintenance, and metallurgical processes. * Experience in Health, Safety, Environment, and Community (HSEC) management. * Proficiency in operational and metallurgical KPIs. * Proficiency in SAP, Excel, and management tools. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Lead plant operations ensuring achievement of production targets. * Supervise mineral processing operations: comminution, flotation, tailings, and dispatch. * Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards. * Monitor and optimize metallurgical and operational indicators. * Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment availability. * Supervise metallurgical testing and propose process improvements. * Manage resources (personnel, equipment, and supplies) to guarantee operational continuity. * Control process quality and compliance with environmental regulations. * Coordinate with various departments to ensure operational efficiency and results.
