Your journey toward impact and innovation starts here at WSP! **Key Responsibilities:** * Participate in a wide range of engineering, procurement, and construction projects in the mining sector, performing Capital Cost Estimation (Capex) and Operating Cost Estimation (Opex) activities. * Apply industry-recognized standards related to Capital Cost Estimation (primarily AACE). * Develop Capex and Opex estimates. * Advanced use of Excel templates, databases, and cost estimation software. * In-depth knowledge of concepts including Direct Costs, Indirect Costs, Unit Prices, Escalation, Allowances, and methodologies appropriate to the class of estimate. Contingency analysis, range workshops, deterministic and probabilistic methods, factored, parametric, and analogous estimates. * Lead Capex and Opex presentation meetings with internal and external stakeholders. * Develop and review the Estimation Plan. * Develop, prepare, and review Capital Cost Estimation Bases. * Comply with internal policies and procedures of the Integrated Management System for Quality, Environment, Occupational Health and Safety in the activities performed, among others. **Professional Background:** * Bachelor's degree and licensed professional in Civil, Mechanical, Mining, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Specialization in Project Management. * Minimum 15 years of experience in cost, schedule, and resource estimation, and in managing mining projects for companies in the construction and/or engineering sectors. * Experience in Conceptual Studies, Pre-feasibility, Feasibility, or Execution Phases within the mining sector. * Knowledge of mine closure cost estimation. * Software proficiency: Primavera P6 (advanced), Primavera Risk (intermediate), Power BI (intermediate), @Risk (advanced). * Familiarity with the AACE Standard for Capex and Opex estimation. \#LI\-GV1 \#LI\-Hybrid **Primary Location** PE\-LIM\-Lima**Schedule** Full\-time**Employee Status** Temporary**Experience (Minimum Yrs.)** 13**Job Posting** Aug 11, 2026, 9:14:17 AM
