We are looking for a **Full\-Stack AI Developer who can design and deliver production\-grade** **AI systems end to end**. This person should be equally comfortable building backend services, integrating LLM\-powered workflows, shaping technical architecture, and contributing across the stack where needed. This is a hands\-on role for someone who can move from concept to production, translate business goals into scalable technical solutions, and collaborate effectively with product, engineering, and client stakeholders. **What You’ll Do** * Design, build, and deploy end\-to\-end **AI\-powered applications**, including LLM workflows, * RAG pipelines, AI agents, and enterprise integrations * Translate business requirements into clear technical designs, implementation plans, and * delivery roadmaps * Develop robust backend services and APIs using Python, FastAPI, Flask, or similar * frameworks * Build and maintain integrations using REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth, event\-driven patterns, * and third\-party services * Contribute to frontend implementation when needed * Design scalable system architectures across cloud infrastructure, data pipelines, * application services, and AI components * Work with vector databases, retrieval systems, embedding pipelines, chunking strategies, * and evaluation workflows * Deploy and manage cloud\-native infrastructure on AWS * Ensure reliability, observability, security, and maintainability * Partner with internal teams and client stakeholders * Contribute to delivery planning and technical documentation **Required Experience** * Strong hands\-on experience with Python * Experience with LLM\-powered applications (RAG, agents, prompt orchestration) * Backend development experience (FastAPI / Flask) * Strong understanding of system architecture and cloud systems * Experience with vector databases and data pipelines * Strong AWS experience * Full\-stack contribution ability * **Strong communication skills in English** **Preferred Experience** * TypeScript, Node.js, React, Next.js * LlamaIndex, LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen * PostgreSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB, Airflow, Prefect * AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, OpenAI APIs * LLM evaluation and observability * Fine\-tuning (LoRA / QLoRA), Hugging Face * Domain experience (healthtech, manufacturing, logistics, SaaS) **Core Tech Stack** * Backend: Python, FastAPI, Flask, Node.js * AI: OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, LangChain, LlamaIndex * Data: Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant, FAISS, PostgreSQL * Cloud: AWS, Docker, Kubernetes * Frontend: React, Next.js **What We’re Looking For** * Hands\-on and execution\-oriented * Comfortable with ambiguity * Strong in architecture and implementation * Business\-outcome focused * Balances speed and quality * Strong communicator **Why Join Shokworks** **Work on real\-world AI transformation initiatives** that go beyond demos and prototypes.
