**Job Purpose:**
Provide day\-to\-day administrative and analytical Facility Management support, including organizing documentation, data topics, orders, reports, inventory, and purchase processing. Assist with Facilities Management processes by organizing and consolidating relevant market information. Primarily focus on supporting the organization of information in line with business needs, office and employee requirements, and Group guidelines and policies.
**Your tasks:**
* Provide day\-to\-day administrative support related to Facilities Management, including documentation, database and system management, order processing, and inventory management.
* Familiarize with CRE policy and relevant platforms/tools, ensuring compliance with corporate governance and acting as the gatekeeper for CRE governance to fulfill necessary documentation and procedures.
* Proactively participate in Global and Regional initiatives, contributing to continuous improvement efforts.
* Maintain and process purchase orders, manage inventory, and support the development and maintenance of facilities services records, databases, and documentation.
* Assist the team in handling internal and external audits and queries from clients, government entities, Airport Authorities, and FM Global, monitoring reporting and implementation of rectification work.
* Support the preparation of reports, budgets, forecasts, tenders, RFPs, contracts, assessments, proposals, and appraisals, while ensuring all services contracts and agreements are maintained.
* Support the management of external FM Providers based on strategic or operational FM Contracts.
* Process payments and invoices, and assist with administrative tasks such as appointment scheduling, meeting arrangements, and documentation management (e.g., meeting minutes, i\-share documentation).
* Clearly explain facts, practices, and policies to colleagues and stakeholders, adhering to defined procedures and guidelines, while addressing task\-related issues to maintain positive work relationships.

**Your profile:**
**Education Level**
* Vocational Certification
* Fluent in English
**Experience Level**
* More than 2 years plus Vocational Certification
* Or a graduate with a bachelor's degree
