




Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to prepare and track quotations, issue invoices, manage contracts, and provide support in administrative and accounting tasks. Key Highlights: 1. Administrative and accounting experience. 2. Mandatory proficiency in StarSoft and knowledge of Power BI. 3. Proactivity, analytical ability, and adaptability to change. * Prepare and follow up on quotations until closure. * Issue electronic invoices, coordinate their delivery, and track collections, deductions, and withholdings, while also supporting their accounting registration. * Manage contracts (issuance, control, and updating). * Draft corporate documents such as memoranda, minutes, meeting summaries, requests, and letters. * Prepare administrative reports and dashboards. * Generate service traffic reports and enter purchase and sales vouchers, supporting accounting in document registration and validation. * Conduct physical inventories and inventory control. * Collect and manage material, service, and resource requirements for the department. * Provide support to other administrative departments and handle internal and external inquiries. * Perform other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Position Requirements** * **Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Accounting** **Experience** * **Minimum 4 years** in administrative roles. * Accounting experience and issuance of **at least 300 monthly vouchers**. * Prior experience with **government entities** is preferred. * Work experience in telecommunications companies (Mandatory). **Technical Knowledge** * Proficiency in **StarSoft** (Mandatory). * Intermediate or advanced proficiency in **Microsoft Office**. * Knowledge of **pivot tables** and **Power BI**. * Excellent **writing and spelling skills**. **Personal Skills** * Proactivity and analytical ability. * Adaptability to change. * Willingness to learn and share knowledge. **Benefits** * Formal employment registration from day one, including all statutory benefits. * **Internal and external training programs.** * Compensation **commensurate with the labor market**. **Position Conditions** * **Position type**: Full-time. * **Work modality**: 100% on-site. * **Working hours**: * Monday to Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 6:45 p.m. * Saturdays: 9:00 a.m. to 1:15 p.m. *(Non-negotiable schedule)* * **Location**: One block from Óvalo Higuereta – Surco, Lima.
