We support our clients in making strategic decisions, ensuring financial control, order, and sustainable growth. We are currently seeking a Financial Controller to assume responsibility for management control and financial analysis. This position is critical to ensuring budget monitoring, client- or service-level profitability evaluation, and generation of reliable information within a multi-client environment. **ROLE AND MODALITY** We seek an analytical and structured profile, capable of interpreting accounting information, identifying variances, and generating clear reports for management. The role combines internal financial control of the firm with financial analysis and monitoring of services delivered to our clients. **YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES** * Prepare financial reports, including: * Cost allocation analysis. * Client- or service-line controlling. * Forecast by Business Unit and by country (based on assigned portfolio). * Annual budget. * Business case preparation. * Reports requested by the Operations department. * Evaluate profitability and cost control per client or service. * Analyze deviations between actual results vs. budget. * Monitor and update ongoing services (work-in-progress / WIP). * Support the monthly review of Balance Sheet and P\&L accounts. * Provide general support to the finance team in Treasury, Billing, and Procurement processes. **WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR** * Accountant or professional in related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience in finance areas. * Experience in financial analysis, budgetary control, and profitability assessment. * Advanced Excel (mandatory). * Intermediate or advanced Power BI. * SAP HANA knowledge (desirable). * Analytical ability, critical thinking, and results orientation. * Management, planning, and effective communication skills. * High level of responsibility and financial judgment. **WHAT WE OFFER** * Salary range: **S/ 3,500 to S/ 4,000**, based on evaluation. * Direct participation in strategic analysis and decision-making. * Dynamic, results-oriented professional environment. * Opportunity for growth and development within the finance area.
