**Main Responsibilities:**
* Provide direct support to the General Manager in planning, organizing, and executing strategic activities.
* Coordinate and track projects, ensuring achievement of objectives, deadlines, and results.
* Oversee operational performance across various branches, verifying compliance with processes, standards, and corporate guidelines.
* Monitor and control operational costs, budgets, and efficient use of resources.
* Prepare management reports, key performance indicators, and presentations for decision-making purposes.
* Manage the executive calendar, coordinate meetings, and follow up on action items.
* Verify the status of infrastructure, equipment, and technological resources, proposing improvements when necessary.
* Support the implementation of internal process improvements and management optimization.
* Maintain constant communication with various departments across the company.
* Foster a positive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration.
* Perform other duties assigned by the General Management.
**Requirements:**
* Completed technical or university degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
* Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions (management assistance, coordination, or administration).
* Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
* Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
* Proactivity, sound judgment for decision-making, and results orientation.
