We are currently seeking **01 TREASURY ASSISTANT** to join our team. **REQUIREMENTS** * Final-year student or recent technical/university graduate in Accounting, Administration, Economics, or related fields. * Minimum 6 months of experience performing similar duties. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Availability to work onsite in San Isidro, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Upload transactions via bank websites (TLC) according to the scheduled supplier payment plan. * Record banking transactions in the AX system. * Send payment confirmations to suppliers and internal departments. * Track pending expense reports. * Issue payment documents such as sales receipts, invoices, credit notes, and debit notes. * Issue, control, and record management checks. * Submit documents and conduct banking procedures as required by the department. * Archive information properly, maintaining an orderly and accurate record of company expenditures. * Perform other duties assigned by immediate supervisor. **BENEFITS** * Formal employment registration with all statutory benefits. * Ongoing training. * Work at an internationally accredited company with ISO and Joint Commission International (one of the world’s most prestigious healthcare accreditations). * Discounts with educational institutions, oncological insurance, supplier visits, and more. *Our company is committed to equity and inclusion because we believe every person is unique and different.
