Job Summary: A professional responsible for comprehensive human resources management, including recruitment, training, supervision, workplace climate, and regulatory compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Manages recruitment, selection, and staff development. 2. Implements workplace climate and organizational well-being programs. 3. Ensures regulatory compliance and personnel document management. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Conduct recruitment and selection of administrative and operational staff. * Execute the training and competency development plan. * Supervise contract validity, attendance, payroll, and personnel files. * Implement workplace climate, well-being, and organizational integration programs. * Ensure regulatory compliance and proper personnel document management. * Administer disciplinary measures in accordance with applicable laws. * Manage performance evaluations to support appropriate career progression. REQUIREMENTS: * Female professional with a degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of work experience. * Knowledge of labor regulations. * Intermediate/Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel. * Leadership, assertive communication, and conflict resolution skills.
