Job Summary: Ká Coffee is seeking a proactive and adaptable barista to prepare beverages, manage inventory, maintain cleanliness, and recommend products at our specialty café. Key Highlights: 1. Work environment that values initiative and adaptability We are Ká Coffee, a growing specialty café located in Magdalena del Mar. We are currently looking for a barista. Requirements: * Barista training (preferred). * Knowledge of latte art. * Extraction methods (optional). * Minimum 1 year of experience as a barista, or strong willingness to learn. Barista responsibilities include: * Preparing coffee beverages and all other items on our menu. * Conducting inventory of supplies and ensuring quality preservation. * Cleaning the work area and maintaining clean equipment. * Recommending beverages or display-case desserts to customers. Initiative and strong willingness to learn and perform effectively in this role are essential. We continuously seek innovative approaches, so adaptability is highly valued.
