Job Summary: We are seeking a Pool Lifeguard to maintain constant surveillance, provide emergency assistance, and ensure user safety with professionalism. Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintain constant surveillance and attentiveness to users in the pool 2. Provide emergency assistance and treatment as needed until emergency medical services arrive 3. Act quickly and appropriately to guarantee customer safety in case of emergency 4. Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times and uphold a high standard of customer service The Young Men's Christian Association of Peru (YMCA Peru) is seeking top talent to fill the position of: **POOL LIFEGUARD.** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Maintain constant surveillance of users in the pool * Provide emergency assistance and treatment as needed until emergency medical services arrive * Act quickly and appropriately to guarantee customer safety in case of emergency * Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times and uphold a high standard of customer service **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed secondary education or technical studies in Physical Education * Rescue or First Aid certification (Mandatory) * Minimum 6 months of experience as a lifeguard * Availability to work in Pueblo Libre * Availability to work Monday through Saturday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. **BENEFITS:** * Salary: S/1500.00 (full payroll registration, CTS, and 100% bonus) * Free gym access for the employee * Ongoing training opportunities Salary: S/.1,500.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
