In this role, you will provide comprehensive support across the department’s operational processes, actively participating in talent management and administrative control—enabling you to develop a 360° perspective on people management within a company. **MODALITY:** REMOTE **Main Responsibilities** * **Recruitment Support:** Assisting with job posting on employment portals, resume screening, and interview coordination. * **Personnel File Management:** Organizing and maintaining up-to-date digital and physical employee files. * **Administrative Control:** Supporting attendance recordkeeping, vacation tracking, and database updates. * **Onboarding:** Providing support during the welcome and induction process for new hires. * **Workplace Climate and Culture:** Collaborating on internal events, communications, and team-building activities. **Requirements** * **Academic Background:** Final-year student (7th semester or later) or recent graduate in Administration, Organizational Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * **Knowledge:** * Basic to intermediate proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel). * Genuine interest in specializing in Human Resources. * **Soft Skills:** * Strong organizational ability and attention to detail. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Proactivity and service orientation.
