What We Are Looking For: We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professionally discerning Human Resources Coordinator to lead our talent management area. Your main responsibilities: Manage the full cycle of recruitment and personnel hiring. Supervise and execute payroll preparation, T-Registration, and AFP Net declarations. Administer documentary control and accurate attendance recordkeeping. Ensure compliance with internal policies and legal regulations (committee management and Sunafil liaison). Develop strategies to measure and improve the work environment. Requirements to Apply: Experience: Minimum 5 years of verifiable experience in HR leadership positions. Technical Knowledge: Thorough mastery of Peruvian labor legislation, employment contracts, payroll calculation, and attendance control. Tools: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel is mandatory) and government portals. Your key competencies: Leadership and effective communication. Extreme organization and high sense of confidentiality.
