




Job Summary: We are seeking an IT Support Technician to provide comprehensive and efficient technical support, ensuring the operational continuity of equipment, networks, and systems within an innovative company. We are currently seeking an IT Support Technician who will deliver timely and efficient comprehensive technical support to organizational users, ensuring the operational continuity of computer equipment, networks, systems, and technological services, as well as business continuity through efficient response and continuous improvement. **Main Responsibilities** * Provide first- and second-level technical support to users. * Address incidents related to hardware, software, and connectivity. * Install, configure, and update computer equipment. * Configure printers, scanners, and peripheral devices. * Diagnose and resolve technical incidents remotely and on-site. * Install and configure operating systems (Windows and/or macOS). * Install and configure corporate software. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computer equipment. * Maintain inventory control of technological equipment. * Configure new equipment and format computers. * Provide basic LAN and WiFi network support. * Perform basic configuration of routers, switches, and access points. * Diagnose connectivity issues. * Support basic structured cabling. * Create and manage user accounts. * Configure corporate email. * Support productivity tools (Office 365, Google Workspace, etc.). * Provide basic training to end users. * Install and monitor antivirus software. * Implement basic security policies. * Manage basic backups. * Support IT security controls. **Essential Technical Knowledge** * Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365, hardware and software support, basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), printer configuration, and remote support tools. * Desirable knowledge: macOS operating systems, Active Directory, Exchange Online, basic virtualization, basic firewalls, backup and data recovery. **Requirements** * Technical degree or graduate in Computing, Systems, Informatics, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support. * Experience supporting end users and maintaining computer equipment. * Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team. **Working Conditions** * Direct payroll registration (labor benefits according to the MYPE regime). * Biweekly and end-of-month payments. * On-site work mode: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM, and Saturdays, 9:00 AM–1:00 PM. * Location: San Isidro.
