Process Improvement Analyst

Job Summary: We are seeking a Process Analyst to analyze, design, and improve processes; document procedures; and monitor performance indicators. Key Highlights: 1. Support and consulting in process and project management We are looking for a qualified candidate for the position of Process Analyst who meets the following profile: Requirements: Graduate in Industrial Engineering. Minimum 1 year of experience in process analysis, mapping, or improvement. Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (BPM, Lean, Kaizen, PDCA — desirable). Intermediate-level Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis). Experience developing flowcharts, procedures, and process documentation. Responsibilities: Collecting and documenting information related to company projects, processes, and procedures. Developing Level-N process maps (macro-processes, processes, sub-processes, etc.). Establishing, monitoring, and reporting process performance indicators (KPIs) for improved processes, ensuring achievement of quality, time, and cost objectives. Preparing process-related documents (manuals, procedures, work instructions, diagrams, templates, etc.) for the Integrated Management System, identifying interrelationships among processes, key activities, and applicable controls. Providing advisory support to process owners in process analysis, design, and improvement. Supporting inquiries from users across all business units and serving as a reference and consultant on methodological topics related to process and project management. Proposing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with internal regulations. Working Conditions: Workplace: Surquillo.
