Process Improvement Analyst

Job Summary: We are seeking a Process Analyst to collect information, develop process maps, monitor KPIs, and prepare documentation for the Integrated Management System. Key Highlights: 1. Providing advisory services in process analysis, design, and improvement We are looking for a qualified candidate for the position of Process Analyst who meets the following profile: Requirements: Graduate in Industrial Engineering. Minimum 1 year of experience in process analysis, documentation, or improvement. Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (BPM, Lean, Kaizen, PDCA, desirable). Intermediate-level Excel proficiency (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis). Experience in developing flowcharts, procedures, and process documentation. Responsibilities: Collecting and documenting information related to company projects, processes, and procedures. Developing process maps at Level N (macro-processes, processes, sub-processes, etc.). Establishing, monitoring, and reporting performance indicators (KPIs) for improved processes, ensuring achievement of quality, time, and cost objectives. Preparing process-related documents (manuals, procedures, work instructions, diagrams, forms, etc.) for the Integrated Management System, identifying their interrelationships, key activities, and applicable controls. Providing advisory services to process owners in process analysis, design, and improvement. Supporting queries from users across all business units and serving as a reference and consultant on methodological topics related to process and project management. Proposing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with internal regulations. Working Conditions: Workplace: Surquillo.
