Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to provide cross-functional support to IT projects and initiatives, accompanying their full lifecycle and improving processes, while coordinating business, IT, and vendor teams. Multidisciplinary coordination and stakeholder management **IT PROJECTS AND PROCESSES ANALYST** **Q Digital System**, a company specialized in technology services and digital transformation, is looking for an **IT Projects and Processes Analyst** to join an important project. We seek a professional with experience in **IT project management, AS-IS process elicitation and improvement**, capable of managing multiple initiatives in parallel and efficiently collaborating with business, IT, and vendor teams. **What will be your main challenge?** Providing cross-functional support to IT projects and initiatives throughout their lifecycle—from **discovery through implementation and closure**, tracking progress, milestones, risks, and dependencies. Additionally, you will participate in **AS-IS process elicitation, TO-BE process design, and process modeling**, contributing to identifying improvement opportunities and ensuring proper communication among involved areas. **Key Responsibilities** * Support the full lifecycle of technology projects—from discovery through implementation and closure. * Track **schedules, milestones, committed dates, progress, and deliverables**. * Identify, log, and track **risks, blockers, dependencies, and deviations**. * Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including **Business, IT, Development, and external vendors**. * Facilitate communication and alignment among stakeholders. * Conduct AS-IS process elicitation and analysis. * Design TO-BE processes and identify improvement opportunities. * Develop **BPMN 2.0 diagrams**, presentations, functional documentation, and project reports. * Prepare reports on **status, progress, risks, blockers, and key performance indicators**. * Participate in production deployment, stabilization, and project closure activities. * Simultaneously manage **2 to 3 initiatives or workstreams**, prioritizing based on business needs. * Monitor KPIs and metrics related to project progress and success. **What are we looking for?** * Bachelor's degree or higher in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * **Minimum 4 years of experience** participating in technology projects. * Proven experience in **IT project management**, applying both traditional and agile methodologies. * Experience in **AS-IS process elicitation and TO-BE process design**. * Proficiency in **BPMN 2.0** and modeling tools such as **Bizagi, Microsoft Visio, or similar**. * Experience managing **schedules, milestones, risks, blockers, and dependencies**. * Experience directly coordinating with **business stakeholders, IT teams, development teams (in-house and outsourced), and vendors**. * Experience creating and tracking **project documentation, functional designs, process diagrams, and executive presentations**. * Intermediate-level proficiency in **Microsoft Office**, especially Excel and PowerPoint. * Ability to manage **2 or 3 concurrent workstreams**, adapting priorities dynamically. **Nice-to-have** * Experience in **Telecommunications or Services companies**. * Knowledge or certification in **Lean Six Sigma – Yellow Belt or Green Belt**. * Training or certification in **BPM / Process Management**. * Familiarity with **Power BI** for building and visualizing performance indicators. * Knowledge of **Scrum, Kanban, or other agile frameworks/methodologies**. **Competencies we seek** * Analytical thinking. * Organization and tracking ability. * Effective communication. * Stakeholder management. * Results orientation. * Prioritization capability. * Collaborative teamwork. * Proactivity and ability to anticipate risks. **Conditions** **Contract:** Initial term of 90 days, extendable up to 180 days subject to performance and project needs. **Work location:** San Isidro, Lima – Peru **Work modality:** Hybrid – 3 days onsite and 2 days remote **Working hours:** Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:30. * Formal employment registration * Corporate benefits * Birthday leave day * Pleasant work environment * Learning opportunities within a tech ecosystem.
