Job Summary: We are seeking Telephone Advisors for the Sales department, responsible for contacting customers, promoting Home Internet, Fiber Optic, and Movistar services, identifying customer needs, and resolving inquiries. Key Highlights: 1. Contact customers and promote Home Internet and Fiber Optic plans. 2. Identify customer needs and offer the best alternative. 3. Resolve questions regarding coverage, plans, and promotions. Our client, a telecommunications company, is seeking Telephone Advisors for its Remote Sales department. Main Responsibilities: * Contact assigned potential customers by phone. * Promote Home Internet, Fiber Optic, and Movistar service plans. * Identify customer needs and provide the best alternative. * Resolve questions regarding coverage, plans, benefits, and promotions. * Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets. Requirements: * Completed high school education or ongoing/completed technical/university studies (preferred). Call center sales experience. * Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills. * Basic computer operation and internet navigation skills. * Availability to work in person. Salary: S/.1,200.00 - S/.3,000.00 per month Work Location: In-person employment
