Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Services Coordinator to manage and coordinate technological solutions for fleet management, providing support and standardizing processes across LATAM. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages and coordinates technical services for fleet management solutions. 2. Provides remote technical support and configurations to customers in LATAM. 3. Collaborates with technicians and coordinates material shipments for operations. **We Are Hiring a Technical Services Coordinator!** RH Business is looking for a Technical Services Coordinator for FROTCOM Perú SAC, a company specializing in technological solutions for intelligent fleet management, with international presence. **Main Responsibilities:** \* Receive, register, and track customer requests in the LATAM region. \* Plan and coordinate services with the network of technicians across different countries, ensuring coverage and SLA compliance. \* Maintain communication with local coordinators to standardize processes and manage operational contingencies. \* Provide remote technical support and perform configurations for customers in the LATAM region. \* Monitor inventory and coordinate shipment of devices and materials required for operations. **Requirements:** \* Degree in Administration, Industrial Administration, or related fields. \* Experience coordinating technical services and/or field teams. \* Proficiency in Git and GitHub (version control). \* Knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, or other collaborative tools. Work Modality: On-site Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM (rotating) Contract Type: Fixed-term contract Career development and training opportunities.
