




Position Summary: Responsible for financial management, ensuring liquidity, cash fund control, payments, reconciliations, and preparation of management reports for the Group. Key Highlights: 1. Manages corporate liquidity and cash fund control 2. Administers banking platforms and performs reconciliations 3. Prepares management reports and implements financial indicators 1. Ensure proper handling of corporate funds by maintaining thorough control over cash flow schedules, maturity dates, and cash forecasts to guarantee liquidity and meet agreed commitments and obligations. 2. Schedule, execute, and submit supporting documentation to respective departments for payroll, tax, and supplier payments to ensure timely fulfillment of the Group's obligations. 3. Administer banking platforms and products, and perform corresponding reconciliations. 4. Administer current accounts for all Consortia in which we are partners. COORDINATOR 5. Manage collections by monitoring accounts through periodic progress reports, tracking overdue or upcoming payments, bank deposits, and cash receipts, as well as balance reporting. 6. Control and organize payment vouchers—physically or electronically—maintaining strict order and sequential integrity to ensure accurate and timely recording in the Group's accounting system. 7. Prepare Group management reports (e.g., Accounts Receivable, credit lines, financing) and implement financial indicators. 8. Populate management KPIs according to assigned responsibilities and established procedures to quantify achievement levels against departmental objectives. 9.
