We are currently looking for an IT ASSISTANT: **Schedule: Monday to Friday: 9 AM to 6 PM; Saturdays: 9 AM to 1 PM (IN-PERSON).** **Availability to work in-person at Santiago de Surco \- CENTRAL TOWER** **Remuneration: RxH for the first 3 months** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical or university graduate in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Informatics, or related fields. * Experience in hardware and software maintenance and technical support (including internships). * Proficiency in networking technologies (TP\-Link, Ubiquiti, Aruba). * Knowledge of structured cabling and connectivity. * Availability to work in Santiago de Surco from Monday to Saturday. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Configure and connect computers to computer networks. * Provide technical support to users to resolve hardware and software issues. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on PCs, laptops, and printers. * Configure and manage networking technologies such as TP\-Link, Ubiquiti, and Aruba. * Install and update operating systems (Windows, Linux) and required software. * Implement and maintain structured cabling and network point activation. * Diagnose and resolve issues related to connectivity and communication equipment. * Maintain records of incidents and implemented solutions. * Coordinate with vendors for equipment and software repair and procurement. * Ensure network and equipment security through appropriate configurations and policies. **COMPETENCIES:** * Service orientation. * Technical problem-solving. * Teamwork. * Organizational ability. * Proactivity. **BENEFITS:** * Salary negotiable. * Career development opportunity. ***Seize this opportunity!
