Position Summary: We are seeking a Technical-IT Assistant to provide support to users of digital resources and assist in the creation and analysis of reports. Key Highlights: 1. Provide technical support to users of educational digital platforms and resources 2. Create, update, and analyze reports using Excel and Power BI 3. Support tasks related to digital resources and information control At LPB Peruvian-British School, we are looking for a Technical-IT Assistant to provide support to users of the digital resources we distribute, as well as assist in report creation and analysis. **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide technical support to users of educational digital platforms and resources. * Address and track incidents related to access, accounts, licenses, and platform usage. * Create, update, and analyze reports using **Excel and Power BI**. * Track operational and technical requests. * Support tasks related to digital resources, configurations, validations, and information control. * Deliver courteous, efficient, and solution-oriented user support. **Requirements:** * Certified technician, university graduate, or final-year student in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or related fields (mandatory). * Knowledge of operating systems, office software, and databases. * Intermediate or advanced proficiency in **Power BI** for report creation and analysis (mandatory). * Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Excel. * Experience creating **dashboards**. * Experience in educational institutions (preferred). * Basic knowledge of graphic design (preferred). * Intermediate-level spoken and written English proficiency. * Preference for candidates residing in areas near Santiago de Surco. **Competencies:** * Proactivity * Responsibility * Commitment * Interpersonal skills and communication * Organizational ability * Service orientation * Problem-solving ability * Attention to detail We seek a proactive individual with sound technical judgment and a strong willingness to support users, coordinate across departments, and contribute to report development that supports departmental operations.
