Position Summary: This role ensures robust and timely financial information to support decision-making within the ice cream category, optimizing processes and managing working capital. Actively participate in key processes such as I&R and MBP. **Position Title:** Finance Business Coordinator Ice Cream**Location:** Cercado de Lima.**Schedule:** Full-time.**Reports to:** Business Controller Ice Cream & Dairy **Department:** Ice Cream and Dairy Controlling **Purpose of the Position:** Ensures that financial information provided by Controlling to support sound decision-making for the category is robust and timely, while simultaneously guaranteeing excellence in financial, accounting, working capital, investment, and corporate compliance processes—managed in collaboration with key stakeholders. **A Day in the Life of...** * Ensure the business leverages high-quality financial information for sound decision-making—minimizing potential risks and maximizing opportunities proactively, internally embedded, and correctly understood. * Lead and manage Working Capital analysis and monitoring, seeking improvement opportunities in DPO and optimization of accounts payable. * Develop payment forecasts and coordinate with Treasury, monitoring financial impacts related to supplier management and cash flow. * Identify process improvement opportunities within Source-to-Pay (S2P). * Ensure financial information quality and integrity, complying with corporate, accounting, and tax policies. * Oversee financial closings, ensuring compliance with IFRS, local regulations, and corporate guidelines. * Jointly plan, review, and challenge, together with commercial teams, the monthly use of PFME and TTS resources—identifying associated risks and opportunities. * Build, control, and monitor the budget for area-specific fixed expenses: MOGEs, FDE, and TRAE—timely reporting risks and opportunities to Business Controlling. * Lead routine reviews of the product portfolio and its financial evolution, providing visibility to the commercial area and Controlling for informed product portfolio decisions. * Actively participate in the I&R process by developing various financial scenarios (CPVs), ensuring accurate financial information. * Ensure and analyze internal reporting to business stakeholders in coordination with corporate areas: DS, Sales Controlling, Supply Controlling, etc. Actively participate in the MBP process by reviewing inputs and outputs to proactively alert Business Controlling about risks and opportunities. * **What Will Make You Successful:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Finance and/or Accounting qualification. * Over 3 years of experience in finance functions, preferably in financial control and planning; experience in FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) industries preferred. * Technical knowledge of IFRS and local regulations. * Advanced MS Office proficiency (Excel & PPT). * Intermediate Power BI. * Intermediate to advanced English. * SAP: User level. * Use of artificial intelligence applications **Competencies:** * Ability to work under pressure and results orientation * Critical and analytical thinking * Teamwork * Effective communication skills, including with senior stakeholders
