At Stefanini, we are more than 30\.000 brilliant minds, connected from 41 countries, doing what they love and co\-creating a better future. **Responsibilities and Authorities** Responsibilities: * Develop and implement IT asset management policies and procedures. * Maintain accurate records of all IT assets, including hardware, software, and licenses. * Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance with asset management policies. * Coordinate with various departments to identify asset needs and requirements. * Manage the IT asset acquisition process, including vendor selection and negotiation. * Track and monitor asset usage, performance, and maintenance schedules. * Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements in asset management. * Ensure proper disposal of retired assets in accordance with company policies and regulations. * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in IT asset management. **Requirements and Qualifications** Requirements: * Proven experience as an IT asset administrator or similar role. * Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and asset management principles. * Familiarity with software licensing and compliance requirements. * Proficiency in asset management tools and software. * Excellent organizational and time management skills. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Effective communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. * Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, CMDB) are an advantage Are you looking for a place where your ideas shine?
