It also assists in keeping information up to date and tracking pending data. This is an operational role that helps ensure commercial work progresses in an orderly, clear, and compliant manner. **How You’ll Make an Impact** In this role, your work helps ensure issuance processes start off correctly. Attention to detail and follow-up are critical to avoiding errors and delays. The person in this role will review documents, validate terms, and record placements in the system. They will also track missing information so each issuance can be completed on time. Supporting the sales team and cedents will be part of a routine that combines accuracy, communication, and coordination.* Maintain reviewed, complete, and properly recorded issuances and endorsements. * Help ensure cedents receive correct documentation on time. * Reduce discrepancies and rework through clear follow-up on pending information. * Support the sales team with inquiries, presentations, ratios, and client visits. * Contribute to organized client database management and proper use of Inbroker Re. * Collaborate with the COO on business continuity and service delivery matters. **About You** * You hold a degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering, or you are currently completing your degree. * You have approximately one year of experience in issuance, administration, data registration, or similar internships. Transferable experience is also valued. * You have intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel for pivot tables and data cross-referencing). * You read and write English at an intermediate level. * You communicate clearly by phone and in writing. * You feel comfortable tracking multiple requests simultaneously. * You are interested in learning and growing within an operational function.
