Main Responsibilities * Perform mise en place and portioning of ingredients. * Assist in dish preparation, following recipes, quantities, and presentation standards. * Report losses and spoiled products. * Keep equipment and workspaces clean and organized. * Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and HACCP. * Ensure proper use of tools and materials. Requirements * Completed secondary education. * Minimum 6 months of experience. * Must be over 18 years of age. * Valid food handler’s certificate and national ID (DNI).
