Job Summary: We are seeking a waitress/hostess to provide service and assistance at a mining camp, ensuring a comfortable, hygienic, and orderly experience in dining areas and common spaces. Teamwork and friendly, efficient service The **waitress or hostess** is responsible for providing service and assistance to personnel working at the mining camp, ensuring a comfortable, hygienic, and orderly experience in the camp’s dining areas and common spaces. Their work directly contributes to worker well-being and satisfaction, maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and hygiene. Therefore, we are currently seeking 03 waitresses to cover this area. REQUIREMENTS: * Serve workers in the dining hall and service lines. * Prepare, set up, and restock service stations (beverages, salads, buffet, desserts, etc.). * Maintain order and cleanliness in dining areas, tables, trays, and utensils. * Assist with receiving, distributing, and transporting food from the kitchen. * Monitor and comply with current hygiene, food safety, and industrial safety regulations on site. * Perform cleaning of assigned areas—including dining halls, common rooms, or restrooms—as scheduled. * Collaborate with the kitchen team on operational tasks as needed. * Provide friendly, respectful, and efficient service to camp personnel. **Skills and Competencies** * Good interpersonal skills, courtesy, and service orientation. * Teamwork and effective communication. * Speed and efficiency in repetitive tasks. * Ability to work under pressure and on rotating shifts. * Commitment to mining safety standards and hygiene protocols. * Responsibility, proactivity, and organizational skills. * Prior experience as a waitress, server, cafeteria assistant, or in customer service. * Knowledge of food handling (course completion preferred). * Availability to work on a **rotating shift system** (14X7\). * Physical fitness compatible with work at high geographical altitude, if applicable. * Excellent personal appearance. * Willingness to travel. * Age between 18 and 30 years. **BENEFITS:** * Formal employment registration from day one. * 100% coverage for meals and accommodation.
