Job Summary: We are seeking a key contributor to our logistics operations to ensure every product arrives at the exact right time and in perfect condition, performing operational tasks and contributing to continuous improvement. A position to learn, propose ideas, and advance within a growing system **What will be your mission?** To serve as a key contributor in the flow of our logistics operations, ensuring each product reaches the correct location, at the exact right time, and in perfect condition. Here, you don’t just move boxes—you move results. **What will you do daily?** * Receive and verify merchandise according to documentation (waybills and invoices). * Prepare orders (picking & packing) accurately and efficiently. * Package products ensuring protection and presentation. * Assist with loading and unloading of merchandise. * Participate in inventory counts and stock control. * Identify and report process incidents or improvement opportunities. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and safety in the work area. * Support order deliveries when required. **What are we looking for in you?** * Proactive attitude and a constant drive for improvement. * Organization, responsibility, and teamwork. * Good physical condition for operational tasks. * Motivation to excel and earn salary increases. **What do we offer you?** * Formal employment registration. * Timely biweekly payments. * Ongoing training (you learn and grow). * A real career path within the company.
