We are seeking a **People Analytics Intern**, whose area specializes in transforming people data into business decisions, ensuring data is reliable, available, and consistent. In addition, we manage the metrics dictionary and build the data model to deliver products to specialized teams. **Mission**: Support the migration of departmental information to the data lake through ETL development. Build a unified data model to produce: recurring dashboards, monthly reports, and standard KPIs. **Responsibilities**: * Manage databases and support the consolidation of information from diverse sources. * Develop ETLs to automate data processes and migrate data to the data lake. * Maintain the department's indicator dictionary up to date. * Support the updating of departmental dashboards and reports, as well as those of other EDP teams. **Requirements**: * University student in their 7th or 8th semester of Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Knowledge of Python / databases / Databricks. * Basic-level English proficiency. ***This recruitment opportunity is also open to persons with disabilities.***
