Tracking access for new employees. Supporting training-related activities, including scheduling, diploma distribution, among others. Supporting onboarding activities (scheduling onboarding agendas and updating formats). Supporting internal communication and email campaign planning, among others. Providing support in performance evaluation and workplace climate assessment processes. Supporting coordination with vendors and service orders. Monitoring emails received by HR to route them to the responsible personnel. Supporting departmental events.
