Job Summary: We are seeking a graduate or bachelor's degree holder in Food Industries to serve as a Quality Assistant, responsible for sampling, analysis, and verification of compliance with quality standards. Key Highlights: 1. Quality Assistant in a food processing company 2. Sampling, analysis, and quality control duties 3. Verification of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Hygiene and Sanitation Program (HSP) We are Delinkatessen Gourmet Group S.A.C., a company specializing in processing Yellow Ají Paste and jams. We are currently seeking a graduate or bachelor's degree holder in Food Industries for the position of Quality Assistant. REQUIREMENTS * Graduate or bachelor's degree in Food Engineering, Food Industries, or related fields. * Minimum 6 months of experience in the Quality department of food processing companies. * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Thorough knowledge of GMP/HSP. * Preferably residing in districts near Ate, Santa Anita, or La Molina. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Conduct laboratory sampling and analysis of raw materials, in-process products, and finished products, recording results promptly and reliably. * Verify compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Hygiene and Sanitation Program (HSP), and other established quality procedures. * Ensure that quality and food safety specifications are met during production (process parameters, presentation, labeling, etc.). * Prepare and send samples to external laboratories when required. * Draft documents related to the Quality department. * Perform other duties assigned. Working Hours: Monday to Friday 7:30 am \- 5:56 pm / Saturday 7:30 am \- 1:00 pm We Offer: \* Payroll Contract under MYPE Plan: \* Appropriate compensation for overtime hours.
