**SERVICE TECHNICIAN \- SWIMMING POOLS**
A leading company in the swimming pool sector is seeking top talent to join its Technical Service and Swimming Pool Maintenance department.
We seek a responsible, punctual, communicative individual with a positive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and willingness to perform fieldwork, customer service, maintenance, installation, and inspection of swimming pool-related equipment.
**Salary:** PEN 1,500\.00 to PEN 2,000\.00 per month, based on evaluation and qualifications.
**Position Type:** Full-time, permanent.
**Work Modality:** On-site.
**Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
**Work Location:** Salamanca / Ate area and field services as scheduled.
**Main Responsibilities:**
* Inspect, diagnose, and identify faults in swimming pools, associated equipment, and systems.
* Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on swimming pool equipment.
* Install, repair, adjust, and verify hydraulic, electrical, and water treatment systems.
* Inspect and test equipment received for maintenance, ensuring proper functionality.
* Prepare technical reports before, during, and upon completion of services.
* Present completed work to customers, explain results, and provide technical recommendations.
* Identify opportunities for additional or complementary services.
* Verify materials, tools, and documentation prior to customer service or dispatch.
* Safeguard and responsibly use assigned materials, tools, and resources.
* Collect, manage, and return surplus materials from completed jobs.
* Maintain constant communication with supervisors regarding service progress, incidents, or requirements.
* Maintain professional appearance, uniform, and order while serving customers.
* Monitor the basic condition of the assigned vehicle and report any incidents.
**Mandatory Requirements:**
* Technical studies in Electromechanics, Electricity, Hydraulics, or related fields.
* Knowledge of manual and electric tools.
* Ability to work with electrical, hydraulic, electromechanical, and/or pneumatic equipment.
* Ability to interpret technical information, diagrams, or equipment manuals.
* Ability to clearly explain technical information to customers and accurately report to supervisors.
* Valid Class A1 driver's license — mandatory.
* Valid National Identity Document (DNI).
* Police background clearance certificate.
* Availability to perform field services.
**Desirable Requirements:**
* Experience in maintenance, installation, or repair of swimming pool equipment.
* Experience with pumps, filters, hydraulic systems, electrical panels, motors, or similar equipment.
* Residency near Salamanca, Ate, San Luis, San Borja, Santa Anita, or adjacent areas.
