Positive work environment We are looking for a professional who can join our team with a service-oriented mindset and outstanding customer service disposition at a prestigious veterinary clinic. **Requirements:** · Graduate of a technical or university program in Administration, Secretarial Studies, Hospitality, Marketing, or related fields. · Experience in customer service or front desk roles within service-oriented companies. · Experience handling cash transactions. · Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems. · Strong communication skills and appropriate personal presentation. · Availability to work opening or closing shifts, rotating schedule. **Responsibilities:** · Provide friendly and efficient customer service. · Schedule appointments and coordinate with veterinarians. · Respond to messages and inquiries via WhatsApp. · Sell products at the Pet Shop. · Handle cash transactions: collections, daily cash reconciliation, and system registration. **We Offer:** · Compensation: S/ 1,500\. Performance-based salary increases possible. · Enrollment in the General Payroll Regime from day one. · Working hours: 8 AM–5 PM or 12 PM–9 PM, rotating shifts. · Six working days per week (one day off). · Work location: Surco. · Positive work environment.
