As a Web Development and Automation Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining and evolving Driven’s internal applications and building new tools for the group’s companies. You will work with a tech stack combining development with AI, low-code automations, integrations with platforms such as the Go High Level CRM and Google AppScript, and with autonomy to solve problems and judgment to make decisions. We are not looking for the developer who memorizes the most code. We seek the one who best transforms problems into functional and scalable solutions—using all available tools, including artificial intelligence. What you build here is not just for internal use: it will become part of the services Driven delivers to its clients; therefore, quality, documentation, and scalability of each solution matter from day one. **RESPONSIBILITIES** **1\. Maintain and evolve existing systems** * Provide support, fix bugs, and improve the group’s internal applications—including the ERP and active applications and integrations. * Propose performance improvements for business rules and end-user experience when identifying opportunities to optimize internal processes. **2\. Build new tools** * Propose and develop full-stack web applications for the group’s companies and for clients of Driven’s consulting and advisory services—using AI as the primary development tool and ensuring integration with other applications. **3\. Automate and integrate** * Identify opportunities to reduce or eliminate repetitive manual work and design and implement automation workflows or features accordingly. * Integrate platforms and services via APIs and webhooks according to business needs. **4\. Manage and communicate operational status and progress** * Report progress, blockers, and results clearly and periodically. * Coordinate with leaders of each group company to understand their needs before building. * Maintain up-to-date documentation for everything you build or modify. **REQUIREMENTS** **EDUCATION** * Graduate or current student in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Informatics, or related technical field. * Self-taught candidates with demonstrable projects are also eligible (portfolio or similar documentation). **EXPERIENCE** * At least 1 year building or maintaining full-stack web applications, automations, or integrations. * Demonstrable experience using AI (Claude, ChatGPT, or others) to develop real, operational solutions. **TECHNICAL SKILLS** * **AI-Assisted Coding:** Agile use of coding assistants (Antigravity, Cursor, Claude Code) and prompt engineering to optimize development and refactoring. **(Mandatory)** * Understanding of system logic: APIs, webhooks, databases, data flows, backend, frontend, testing, and deployment **(Mandatory)**. * Setting up, installing, and developing environments from scratch **(Mandatory)**. * Backend: HTML, CSS, TypeScript, JavaScript, NestJS, Express, Node.js; ORM usage (Prisma); REST APIs and/or WebSockets. * Frontend: React, Vite, Tailwind CSS. * Relational DBMS and Redis management. * Version control (GitHub, GitLab, or others). * Implement unit and integration tests (Unit/Integration Testing) to ensure error-free deployment. * Docker, Nginx, and CI/CD tools. **SKILLS** * **Problem-solving orientation:** Ability to transform problems or technical failures into functional and efficient solutions. * **Documentation and organization culture:** Habit of thoroughly documenting work performed to ensure traceability and facilitate team collaboration or technical handover. * **Technical and product-oriented vision:** Ability to evaluate robust, long-term scalable solutions. * **Autonomy and assertive communication:** Capacity for self-management combined with sound judgment for decision-making and escalation of incidents. **CONDITIONS:** * Compensation: PEN 1,750 to PEN 2,000 (based on experience) per month under service contracting (receipt for professional fees). * Professional development opportunity and potential for improved compensation based on role evolution within the company, goal achievement, and results delivered. * Dynamic, demanding, and fun work environment. * Commitment: Full-time. * Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. * Work modality: Hybrid—with one in-person day per week in San Miguel and/or Pueblo Libre (subject to change) and occasionally as required by project needs.
