Opportunity for professional growth Unit Administrator Job Objective: To manage the overall operation of the unit, ensuring compliance with administrative processes, proper personnel management, and correct service delivery. Main Responsibilities: Supervise the unit’s daily operations Manage and coordinate operational staff Monitor attendance, shifts, and staff performance Coordinate requirements for supplies and procurement Supervise compliance with established processes and standards Prepare administrative reports Coordinate with internal departments (HR, logistics, operations) Resolve operational incidents Requirements: Technical or university degree in Administration or related fields Minimum 1 year of experience in similar or administrative positions Experience managing personnel Basic to intermediate Excel proficiency Availability to work in Huachipa, Monday to Friday from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., Saturday from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. Benefits: All statutory benefits from day one.
